How can I be sure that my information is safe and secure?

What will my information be used for?
Personal information given to us through ordering with Little Soft Shop LLC is not shared with any other entity without your permission. It is only used for processing your order.
Billing / Credit Card Charges
All Transactions are in US Currency (USD)
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Little Soft Shop LLC. Please be certain that the information you provide is an exact match to your billing information. Any differences may cause a delay in processing your order. If you are purchasing from outside of the USA or Canada then you will need to use Paypal or Google Checkout to complete your purchase.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Little Soft Shop LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Little Soft Shop LLC has suspicion of a fraudulent order they have the right to withhold shipping of product(s) until the customer is contacted.
Credit Card Protection:
We use the latest 256-bit Secure Encryption Servers. This way you have peace of mind knowing that your private information is secure. All credit card orders placed through Little Soft Shop LLC are fully protected against fraud by your credit card company. Personal information provided to us while ordering with Little Soft Shop LLC is not shared with any third parties. It is only used for processing and fulfilling your order.
Once your order is processed* during regular business hours, you will be emailed the manufacturers download link and product serial number. Little Soft Shop LLC does not issue refunds for downloaded software.
Step #1: Download program from our secure server with link provided in the order confirmation email or the product description page. (Please note that nothing will display in your browser after clicking the link. It will begin downloading automatically and the file will be placed in the default download folder your browser has chosen.)
Step #2: Find the location of the file and open it. If it is a .zip file then you can extract the contents using Windows default zip manager. Then look for the setup.exe file in the extracted folders and run.
Step #3: Input serial key provided by Little Soft Shop LLC in your order email when prompted.
Little Soft Shop LLC is not responsible for replacing lost serial numbers or with other technical issues beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer for any technical issues.
*There is a growing concern for fake, pirated, and bootlegged software. With Little Soft Shop LLC you do not have to worry about that. We guarantee all our software is 100% authentic, and legal. We do not, and will not sell any suspicious software! All downloadable software will be processed with 4-24 hours after the payment has been verified against our credit card processors fraud detection standards. You will receive a download link to a secure server where the download is located. You will also receive your serial number for the software you purchased once your order is processed.
Photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes only, and do not necessarily indicate the actual appearance of the product. In choosing a product, please rely on the title, product listing, technical specs, price and manufacturer number to verify the product is the version desired.
OEM software is a full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity, and product keycode/serial number (if necessary). OEM software does not come in a retail box, doesn't include printed manuals, cannot be transferred (even if the original computer breaks), and is not eligible for free technical support from the manufacturer. Help files are normally included on the disc. OEM software can be upgraded to future versions of the software.
Little Soft Shop LLC only ships packages Monday through Friday. Majority of all products ordered prior to 3.00pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Overnight orders must be recieved by 11:00AM EST to ship out same business day. When your product ships you will be notified by email along with a dedicated tracking number so that you know where your package is at all times – straight to your door. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping services.
Free Standard Shipping Little Soft Shop LLC standard option for product shipping. With Free Shipping, your product will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
With method you are provided with a reliable economical solution for 3-5 business days shipping, with products arriving by 4:30 P.M. to most U.S. addresses and by 7:00 P.M. to rural areas. Available throughout all 50 states, with the exception of specific areas in Hawaii and Alaska.
3 Day Select ($19.99)
With this method you are provided with a reliable economical solution for 3-business-day shipping, with products arriving by 3 P.M. to most U.S. addresses and by 4:30 P.M. to rural areas. Available throughout all 50 states, with the exception of specific areas in Hawaii and Alaska.
2-Day Express Shipping ($24.99)
With this method you are provided with a fast economical solution for 2-business-day shipping, with products arriving by 3 P.M. to most U.S. addresses and by 4:30 P.M. to rural areas. Available throughout all 50 states, with the exception of specific areas in Hawaii and Alaska.

Only orders that are shipped to destinations in Florida are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to those destinations will be charged a 6% sales tax and County Discretionary Sales Surtax.
InAll returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Unfortunately we will not accept unauthorized packages, so you must have an RMA to return your order or item.
An RMA request will be approved no later than 30 days after placing your order.
RMA numbers are valid 10 days from issue ONLY. Items to be returned will not be accepted for return after 10 days from RMA issue date. RMA's and refunds can take 4-8 weeks to process and refunds granted will be credited back according to means of payment.
This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-801-0226 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the software box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
Only Unopened packaged software is returnable up to 30 days from placing your . Opened, written-on, or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software. Due to recent Manufacturer restrictions License orders are RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE ONLY at the Software Manufacturer licensing department’s discretion. There are NO returns on special order items, Downloaded software - previous versions of software no longer in stock, or items we do not carry,ordered specifically at a customer’s request. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards, disks, CDs, manuals, licenses, etc. in perfect condition.
Trial Versions of software are usually available from software manufacturers. It is the customer's responsibility to try software or become familiar with the software before they purchase from us. We do not offer trial versions.
OEM software is NOT RETURNABLE unless the software is defective and in such a case will only be replaced with "similar kind" software. ALL OEM SALES ARE FINAL. There are no cancellations, exchanges or returns on ANY OEM Software products.
Applicable to Residential Deliveries ONLY - Delivery Drivers will, on occasion, leave a package at your door without a signature at their own discretion. Little Soft Shop LLC is not liable for lost packages delivered to your residences without a signature, provided by a recipient. If you have a 'no signature required' instruction on file with FedEx or UPS, any lost package will also be your responsibility.
"Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Refused packages are defined as packages which have been voluntarily refused by the customer for any reason upon delivery.
Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.
